PURPOSE: A solar cell apparatus for turning over for the transmission line monitoring diagnostic unit is made possible the efficient power generation at the solar cell by rotating the transmission line monitoring diagnostic unit according to the location of the sun. CONSTITUTION: A sphere frame installs to the transmission line. The body of the transmission line monitoring diagnostic unit(100) is constituted. It is separated frame and predetermined of sphere and the drive material(120) is arranged outside the sphere frame. The drive material can revolve the transmission line at shaft. It is installed in the solar cell(150) silver cover. It calculates the location of the sun and the controller controls the operation of the drive material.
