PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the engagement unit of a DIY type woody floor plate which can improve the stability and service life of connection. SOLUTION: A first engagement part 4 has a first convex engagement part 41 corresponding to the concave channel on one side of a woody plate bottom surface on the upper surface, a T-shaped part 42 corresponding to the joint of two adjacent woody plates, a convex part 43 at the inside end part, and a first engagement channel 44 in the inside. A second engagement part 5 has a second convex engagement part 51 corresponding to the concave channel on one side of the woody plate bottom surface on the upper surface, a concave part 52 joined to the convex part 43 at the inside end part, and a second engagement channel 53 in the inside. Two spring type fittings 6, by making opening ends face each other and be firmly caught in the first engagement channel 44 and the second engagement channel 53, constitutes the first engagement part 4 and the second engagement part 5 into an engagement unit 7.
