<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoropolymer molded product which is a molded product of a perfluoropolymer with a high fluorine content, is excellent in adhesion property and chemical resistance and readily forms a laminate with other substrates. <P>SOLUTION: In the fluoropolymer molded product, the surface of the molded product made of the perfluoropolymer which has a heat of crystal fusion of ≤10 J/g and an MFR (230°C) of 0.1-100 g/min and can be melt-molded at a low temperature is modified into a surface having a nitrogen atom-derived bond.
