PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To orderly arrange a square PET container 4 in a same orientation by directionally restricting it in a stable attitude. SOLUTION: A neck conveyor 14 is installed, at a same height, between the neck guide 10 of a first air conveyor 2 carrying the container 4 in a suspended state by supporting the lower surface of the flange 4a of the container 4 and the neck guide 22 of a second air conveyor 6. A vacuum conveyor 24 sucking the bottom face of the conveyor and carrying the container is installed under the neck conveyor 14. Rotating belts 28A and 28A restricting the orientation of the container by engaging with the body part of the container 4 carried by the vacuum conveyor 24 are disposed above the vacuum conveyor 24. After the container 4 carried by the air conveyor 2 is delivered to the neck conveyor 14 and its attitude is returned in a vertical state, the orientation of the container is restricted by the rotating belts 28A and 28A while the container is carried in the sucked state on its bottom surface by the vacuum conveyor 24.
