PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outsole and shoes which are light in weight and excellent in a slip proof property and wear resistance. SOLUTION: This outsole 1 comprises a laminated part 15 provided with a grounding layer 17 and a non-grounding layer 19 and composed of a polymer composition practically not including air bubbles. The area ratio of the laminated part 15 is≥50%, the specific gravity of the grounding layer 17 is≥1.00 and <1.10, the grounding layer 17 includes NBR and VCR as a base polymer, the ratio of the total amount to the entire base polymer is≥60 mass %, and the mass ratio of the NBR and the VCR is≥30/70 and≤70/30. The specific gravity of the non-grounding layer 19 is≥0.80 and <1.00, the non-grounding layer 19 includes the VCR and IR as the base polymer, the ratio of the total amount of the VCR and the IR occupying the entire base polymer is≥60 mass %, and the mass ratio of the VCR and the IR is≥20/80 and≤80/20.
