<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the height of the main body, and improve cooling performance of an induction heating part. <P>SOLUTION: Induction heating parts 43a, 43b are constituted of first drive circuits 42a, 42b and heating coils 40a, 40b. The induction heating parts 43a, 43b and cooling fans 38a, 38b positioned at the sideward are provided in the main bodies, and partitions 44a, 44b have U-shape and cover the first drive circuits 42a, 42b under the heating coils 40a, 40b, and are installed by straddling between the first drive circuits 42a, 42b and the cooling fans 38a, 38b, then the cooling air from the cooling fans 38a, 38b is guided to the heating coils 40a, 40b after passing through the first drive circuits 42a, 42b, and by suppressing radiation heat ranging from the heating coils 40a, 40b over to the first drive circuits 42a, 42b, the partitions are installed between the heating coils 40a, 40b and the first drive circuits 42a, 42b in order that the conduction of the heat of the heating coils 40a, 40b to the drive circuits is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
