PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect air quantity introduced to a combustion chamber in a case where air flows into an intake tube from a brake booster in accordance with brake operation at low cost. SOLUTION: When a brake pedal 150 is not depressed, in a case where prescribed time has passed after release of depression of the brake pedal, an internal combustion engine is controlled based on air quantity detected by an air flow meter 51. When the brake pedal is depressed, in a case where prescribed time has not been passed after release of depression of the brake pedal, the internal combustion engine is controlled based on air quantity detected by an intake air pressure sensor 52. Preferably, intake air quantity is detected simultaneously with the air flow meter and the intake air pressure sensor for correction to set the air quantity detected by the intake air pressure sensor to the air quantity detected by the air flow meter.
