PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control device capable of stabilizing the speed of a wiper even when the voltage of the power supply is dropped. SOLUTION: A controller of the wire control device maintains the speed for each wiping operation of a wiper. In the speed maintaining operation, the wiping operation time which is the time for one wiping operation of the wiper is acquired (Step S1) as a value depending on the speed of the wiper. By comparing the wiping operation time with the predetermined reference time (Step S2), if it is determined that the wiper speed becomes lower than the design speed, the voltage applied to a wiper motor to drive the wiper is controlled to rise (Step S3).
