SURGICAL TOOL SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH POWERED HANDPIECE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powered handpiece which can easily read data of accessories placed in the powered handpiece of a surgical tool system and is activated by a control console with a suitable method depending on the placed accessories based on the read data.

SOLUTION: For this reason, a main unit is provided so that it has a proximal end and a distal end equipped with an opening fitted with the accessories. An electric power generation unit which operates the accessories is provided at the main unit. A joint assembly is attached and provided at the main unit. A movable member which is attached with freely detachable accessories in order to hold the accessories at the body opening is provided at the joint assembly. A coil which exchanges a signal inductively with a complementary coil integrated with the accessories is provided and so on near the body opening.
