PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the leak detection in a system comprising a fuel tank. SOLUTION: There is provided with a pump module 30 to induce negative pressure into the space comprising the fuel tank 10, a tank internal pressure sensor 14 to detect a pressure value in the space comprising the fuel tank 10 on inducing negative pressure, a comparative means to compare the detected pressure value with a reference pressure in a theoretical pressure change determined from a physical model, an error judgement means to judge that a leakage occurs in the space comprising the fuel tank 10 when the detected pressure value is larger than the reference pressure.
