PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-mix type vehicular air-conditioner having an opening/closing mechanism to open/close an inlet of a cold air bypass flow passage and a heat exchange face of a heater core by fixing one end of a film-like member to the outer side of an opening part forming the inlet of the cold air bypass flow passage and winding and delivering the film-like member by moving a film-like member winding shaft itself connected to the other end of the film-like member, in which the film-like member winding shaft on the bypass flow passage side does not form ventilation pressure losses of an air passage on the downstream side of an evaporator. SOLUTION: When a film-like member winding shaft on a bypass flow passage side is located at an end on a heater core side at an inlet of the bypass flow passage, the film-like member winding shaft on the bypass flow passage side is arranged in an offset manner so as to be located on the downstream side of the air passage more than the locus of movement of the film-like member winding shaft on a heat exchange face side.
