PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of correcting the damage of a thread with a simple operation and easily dealing with even the case that the size of a screw is changed with one tool. SOLUTION: In the tool 1 for correcting the screw the thread or the like of which is broken, a drum-shaped form rolling roller 3 is arranged on the nose side of the tool body 2, a pair of right and left housings 6 are rotatably connected to the nose part of a screw shaft 5 which penetrates by screwing into a tapped hole 4 on the base end side of the tool body 2 and a pair of upper and lower form rolling rollers 7, 8 are arranged on each housing 6. Respective rolling rollers 3, 7, 8 are freely rotatably supported with a roller shaft 10, performing floating-support in the direction of the roller shaft 10 and simultaneously supported with a pyroball type bearing.
