PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade pitch controller capable of being lengthened for the lifetime of a wind turbine generator by simply and effectively reducing a load change. SOLUTION: The blade pitch angle controller is used for the wind turbine generator having a plurality of blades. There is provided with a load measuring part 10 to measure the loads applied on mechanical parts comprising a blade or a wind respectively at a predetermined azimuth angle, a frequency analysis section 11 to obtain a periodic change of the load depending on the measured value measured by the load measuring part 10, an adjustment command value generator 12 to generate an adjustment command value for reducing the load change for each blade respectively from the arithmetic result of the frequency analysis section 11, and a control command value generator 16 to generate an adjustment command value for each blade by reflecting the adjustment command value generated for each blade to a common command value to uniformly control the blade.
