PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver having an outside pole which can smoothly rotate with a high output and even at small power. SOLUTION: The driver includes a coil arranged in the axial direction of rotor magnets 1a-1h, and a stator having a plurality of tooth shape outside poles 4a and inside poles 4e arranged oppositely to the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the rotor magnet and energized by the coil. The tooth shape outside poles opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor magnet include first teeth 4a, 4c opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor magnet in a range of predetermined angleθ1, and second teeth 4b, 4d opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor magnet in the range of a predetermined angleθ2.
