PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens apparatus to be connectable when any one of the systems of an analog voltage signal, digital pulse train, and data communication is requested to the lens apparatus. SOLUTION: The lens apparatus includes an input/output signal which aims the video synthesizing processing of a virtual image with photographed images; and by which position information from a position detection unit linked with a movable optical member is transmitted as information by the three systems based on the analog voltage signal, the digital pulse train, and the data communication from a control unit.
