An electric heat conductor (15) takes the form of a tape and is distributed in strips (14) over the surface of a radiating heater (11) by being bent or folded (21) in different directions. It has its wide side completely towards the radiating direction of heat output. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) A method for producing an electric heat conductor form ceramic material in the form of a tape; (B) and for a heating device, especially a radiating heater.
