PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapy for moderating or avoiding rebound migration, because of an extreme uncomfortable feeling and a long duration time characterizing the headache of migraine. SOLUTION: This invention comprises a method for treating migraine in human, including a process of administering a therapeutically effective amount of 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine) agonist coordinated with a therapeutically effective amount of an analgesic, especially a long-acting NSAID (nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs) at a suitable time for coordination, and in some case, their dosages are less than those considered to be the minimum effective amount regarding to one or both of the 5-HT agonist and the long-acting NSAID.
