PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph print providing device by which proceedings of a play is smoothly performed by a user, and to provide a photograph print providing method and a photograph print providing program. SOLUTION: The photographic print providing device includes: a play control means for independently and parallelly performing photography processing for allowing a user 6 to take photographs in a photographing play area 15, edit processing for allowing the user 6 to input scribbles in edition play areas 16 and 17 and print processing using a printer 12; a finishing means for finishing the edit processing when a predetermined time has elapsed or/and when a predetermined operation is accepted; and a CPU 101a, as a finish control means for limiting the finish of the edit processing which is performed by the finishing means.
