PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit optional use of paper money, hard money and IC coins in a ball dispenser for a Pachinko game. SOLUTION: The ball dispenser 1 is provided with a paper money identification machine 20, a hard money selector 30, and the IC coin reservation passage having upper and lower distribution portions 40 and 50 at both ends. Hard money and the IC coins are thrown in via a throwing-in passage 21 from a common throwing-in opening. The ball dispenser is connected to a management server, and the balance after dispensing balls is stored in the management area of the management server corresponding to the ID of the IC coin put out from the lower distribution portion. The IC coins from the common throwing-in opening pass the hard money selector, the ID of which is read in the upper distribution portion, the balance is confirmed from the corresponding management area, and transferred to the management area corresponding to the IC coin of the lower distribution portion and offered for purchase of dispensed balls. Dispensed balls can be bought by three kinds of money such as paper money, hard money and the IC coin by using two openings of the paper money insertion opening and the common throwing-in opening.
