PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus which does not perform the action unexpected by a user when a residual power of a battery declines. SOLUTION: When the residual power of the battery is judged to be lower than a set threshold value by the residual power of the battery measuring section connected to the battery, a dialog box 41 to inquire whether a power saving method is executed or not is displayed on a diagnosis screen 40. The threshold value of the residual power of the battery and items to be inquired when the residual power of the battery declines can be preset on a power saving mode setting screen.
