The housing system of modular construction consists of plates and profiles, whereby the side walls consist of profiles (1) which are interconnected via another profile, and the base and cover consist of a plate material (8,9). The profiles are constructed as aluminum extruded profiles. The outside dimensions can be established according to customer specifications and adapted to the installations. The different heights of the housing can be realized by only one side profile. The materials of the individual cover and/or base elements are freely optional and may consist of metal and/or plastic.
