<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily collect proper information required for accurate assessment by saving any assessor's labor to directly confirm a target vehicle, and by preventing a client from being in trouble. <P>SOLUTION: A robot 1 is provided with: an information acquiring part 12 for acquiring basic information required for the assessment of a target vehicle from a client; a photographing part 13 for acquiring a photographic image for evaluating the status of the target vehicle; an acting part 17 for acting in order to acquire the proper photographic image by the photographing part; a communication part 15 for transmitting basic information acquired by the information acquiring part and image information acquired by the photographing part to an assessment server 2, and for receiving the assessment result information acquired by referring to an assessment database by the assessment server from the assessment server; and a voice outputting part 16 for outputting the assessment result information acquired by the communication part, and for presenting it to the client. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
