PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of measuring a flow rate for a long period at an optional spot without restriction of an installation place regardless of the capacity of a battery or a storage device. SOLUTION: This device is equipped at least with a flow measuring means 1 for measuring the water quantity flowing in a pipe, a transmission means 2 for transmitting by radio acquired measurement data, and a power source device 3 equipped with either or both of a solar cell generating set 31 and an aerogenerator 32 for supplying the power source of each means. The device is constituted so that the water flow quantity in the pipe is measured automatically, and that the measurement data are transmitted automatically. Hereby, a measuring time in consideration of the capacity of the battery or the storage device is not required to be restricted, and measurement for a long period can be performed easily even on a remote place or on a place difficult for a person to enter.
