MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HARD CHROME PLATED PART, AND PART MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict deformation when performing hydrogen eliminating processing continuously to a processing for plating a hard chrome plated part, and to secure dimensional accuracy without performing dimensional correction. SOLUTION: A part in the semi-product condition formed by cutting A1 and heating A2 is preheated in the heating condition equal to that of the hydrogen eliminating processing A6 before performing hard chrome plating processing A5. Deformation of the part by heating when performing the hydrogen eliminating processing A6 is prevented by cutting A4 the part at the product dimension in the condition wherein the part is deformed by the preheating A3, and dimensional accuracy of the part can be secured without performing dimensional correction.
