PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleaner composition which satisfies basic performances such as foamability and cleansability and stably gives a beautiful pearl-like appearance. SOLUTION: This skin cleaner composition comprises (A) 3 to 95 mass% of an anionic surfactant, (B) 4 to 96 mass% of water, and (C) 0.0001 to 1 mass% of a pearl pigment, and has a viscosity of≥10 Pa s measured with a rotational viscometer at a rotation rate of 5 rpm at a temperature of 30°C.
