<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is difficult to insert and draw out a pressure tube and the problem wherein labor or time is required in the discovery of the pinhole formed in the pressure tube. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a pipe lining material by inserting a tubular resin absorbing material in a plastic tube, inserting the pressure tube in the tubular resin absorbing material, allowing fluid pressure to act on the pressure tube to expand the tubular resin absorbing material and the plastic tube, drawing out the air in the tubular resin absorbing material by a vacuum pump and applying heat to the plastic tube while the plastic tube and the tubular resin absorbing material are brought into close contact with each other to weld the plastic tube to the outer surface of the tubular resin absorbing material, fluid pressure is allowed to act on the pressure tube and the pressure tube is inserted in the tubular resin absorbing material while reversed to be conversely reversed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
