PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image processing equipment and so on which creates corrective image data suitable for correcting the radiation image data of a subject to be photographed based on sensitivity dispersion of two or more picture elements comprising an imaging detector from the image data obtained from radiation photography through an anti-scatter grid without the subject to be photographed and performs the relevant correction using the relevant corrective image data.

SOLUTION: The radiation image processing equipment is comprised of a creating means which removes an image component resulting from the grid from the first image data obtained from radiation photography through the grid without the subject to be photographed and creates corrective image data and a correction means which corrects the second image data obtained from radiation photography through the subject to be photographed and the grid using the corrective image data.
