<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent enteric preparation which does not need water, when orally taken, can also easily be taken by a swallowing-difficult patient, and has improved compliance. <P>SOLUTION: This enteric preparation is characterized by comprising a medicine, pectin and water. The preparation is not dissolved under an acidic condition having a pH 1.2 to 3.5 which is the pH of gastric juice, is quickly dissolved at a pH 6 to 8 in large intestine, and can sufficiently correspond to demands as the enteric preparation. The preparation can be obtained by compounding water in the preparation. The preparation can be prepared in a dosage form such as a liquid preparation, a jelly preparation, an ointment-like preparation or a cream preparation, does not need water when taken, can also easily be taken by a swallowing-difficult patient, and has improved compliance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
