FERROMAGNETIC FINE PARTICLE DETECTOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferromagnetic fine particle detector exhibiting excellent temperature characteristics while suppressing variation in characteristics. SOLUTION: The ferromagnetic fine particle detector comprises a magnetic sensor 10M having an operation layer 12 of a compound semiconductor thin film formed on an insulating substrate 11, a plurality of terminal electrodes 13 and a large number of short circuit electrodes 14; and a metal case 18 provided on the side opposite to ferromagnetic fine particles 3 printed on the surface of a magnetic printed matter 2 for protecting a permanent magnet 15 applying a bias magnetic field vertically to the compound semiconductor thin film composing the operation layer 12 and a magnetic sensor 10M wherein temperature dependency of resistance has uniformity within±1.0% under a state applied with a magnetic field over the entire surface of the operation layer 12.
