PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device capable of facilitating work for turning a seat around a perpendicular axis without reducing the size of a seat cushion. SOLUTION: This seat device 10 is provided with a seat 15, a flip-up spring 56 for always biasing the seat cushion 46 to a direction to which a front end of the seat cushion 46 is flipped up, a horizontal turning mechanism 14 for supporting the seat 15 turnably around the perpendicular axis, a horizontal turning lock mechanism for locking the seat 15 in a predetermined position along the horizontal turning direction, and a seat cushion lock mechanism 60 for locking the seat cushion 46 in a predetermined position. Further, an interlocking lock switch mechanism 93 is provided on the seat device 10 so as to interlockingly perform release of lock by the horizontal turning lock mechanism and release of lock by the seat cushion lock mechanism 60.
