It is intended to facilitate obtaining of antibody-producing cells infiltrating virus-infected cells, cancerous cells, abnormal cells constituting benign hyperplasia, etc. and to highly efficiently produce an antibody and nucleic acid coding for the same from the antibody-producing cells. It has been found that when a cancer-ridden tissue containing infiltrative lymphocytes is transplanted into a highly immunocompromised animal having none of T cell, B cell and NK cell and exhibiting a low IFN producing capability, unexpectedly, the differentiation and proliferation of infiltrative lymphocytes are promoted, and the number of plasma cells capable of producing an antibody that recognizes the cancer-ridden tissue is strikingly increased, and the plasma cells can be easily isolated, and from the plasma cells, there can be easily prepared the antibody or nucleic acid coding for the antibody.
