<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report generating/browsing system in which two-, three-, and four-dimensional images related to an image diagnosis report is interactively operated on a user's terminal device connected to a medium or low speed network, and related information is interactively obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing device is disposed close to a PACS server that stores and transfers medical image data on a network. A parameter set for reproducing a reference image and obtaining related information is attached to an image diagnosis report created by an image diagnosing doctor. A user at a requesting department transmits the parameter set attached to the report to the data processing device when reading the report by a user's terminal. The data processing device obtains image data from the PACS server based on the parameter set, and transmits the processed image and the related information obtained from an HIS to the user's terminal. By this arrangement, interactive processing and display of the image related to the report, and reading of physiological test data, information on medical history, etc. are made possible on the user's terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
