PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize rotation processing of an image though having a minimum page memory, and to rapidly perform the processing. SOLUTION: This image processor has: an input means 110 inputting an image corresponding to one band of images of a plurality of bands 401-404 constituting one page; a rotation means 140 rotating the image corresponding to one band to one page to produce an image after the rotation; a compression means 150 compressing the image after the rotation; a storage means 130 storing the image compressed by the compression means; an expansion means 160 expanding the image corresponding to one page stored in the storage means in each the band about the page after the rotation; and an output means outputting the images 601-612 in each the band 701-703 expanded by the expansion means.
