PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the impregnation performance and the electrical characteristic of resin, and to optimally manufacture one or a plurality of coils that are advantageous in terms of an environment and cost. SOLUTION: In a coil, a specified insulating layer 2 is formed around a conductor 1 and a mold releasing tape 3 is wound thereon. The coil is inserted into a coil insertion tube 4 which is flexible and air-tight, and patches 5 having heating means capable of temperature control are installed on at least two sides of this tube, and further tubes 7 with pressurizing means are installed in the outer layers of these patches, and these are entirely covered with a flexible and strong exterior 8.
