PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rational and early cooling corresponding to purposes for heat retaining. SOLUTION: A content liquid in an inner container stored in a body is provided for use on heating by a heat source for boiling or heat retaining. When the content liquid is boiled, heat retaining is performed. At this time, the content liquid is cooled by using a fan so as to accelerate decreasing of temperature.
