PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibiotic cosmetic brush that shows an antibiotic halo width of 5mm or over even after it is washed by hand. SOLUTION: The antibiotic cosmetic brush is manufactured by immersing animal hair and a single or a composite of synthetic fiber for brush into a water solution which contains (A) benzyl ammonium chloride compound and (B) naphthoquinone compound and heat it for absorption to make them absorb and contain 0.1-5.0 weight % of (A) benzyl ammonium chloride compound and 0.1-5.0 weight % of (B) naphthoquinone compound.
