Glazing bead attachment device

A glazing bead attachment device 28 comprises a body adapted to allow it to be snap-fitted to part of a glazing frame member 24. The body is shaped to define a recess adapted to receive part of a mounting formation 56 of a glazing bead 52. The body may be of thermally insulating material. The device 28 may comprise resilient biasing means arranged to engage the glazing bead 52 in use. The invention also extends to a frame comprising an elongate frame member 24 having a recess into which the bead attachment device 28 is snap-fitted and a glazing bead 52 secured in position at least in part by the bead attachment device 28. The frame member 24 may be an aluminium extrusion and may incorporate a thermal break 26.
