<p>The said industrial design consists of a polymeric container having a bottom wall, side walls and a lid portion with an integral handle portion; the flat bottom wall is rectangular having rounded corners; the side walls taper outwards away from the bottom wall and have rounded corners; the lid portion comprises a pair of top panels generally attached to and extending inward from the opposite longer side walls to the generally central handle portion, the top panels have unattached rounded end corners, the lid portion also has a pair of integral folded end panels which extend upwardly and inwards, each end panel having an elongated slot which receives the adjacent curved end of the handle portion, the curved end of the handle portion projects generally at right angles to the surface of the end panel; the handle portion has an elongated intermediate opening and slots in the upper surface thereof adjacent the ends of the handle portion, the slots receiving the upper portions of the end panels.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design for the polymeric container;Fig. 2 is a side view of the container of Fig. 1;Fig. 3 is another side view of the container of Fig. 1;Fig. 4 is an end view of the container of Fig. 1;Fig. 5 is another end view of the container of Fig. 1;Fig. 6 is a top view of the container of Fig. 1; andFig. 7 is a bottom view of the container of Fig. 1.Diagrams of the design are included.</p> |
