FIELD: analytical methods in medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnostics and is designed for microscopic investigations of biological materials to reveal cell corpuscles and many microorganisms. Sampled material is fixed in any way and dried on object-plate or on another support according purpose of investigation. Material is then stained in brilliant yellow dye solution, rinsed in flow water until color is disappeared, and stained in methylene blue dye solution having concentration from 100 mg/L (0.01%) to saturated solution and depends on the objective of investigation. ^ EFFECT: enabled staining of both blood smears and other biological materials to be performed with minimal time consumption. ^ 3 cl, 14 dwg, 9 ex |
