FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, manufacture of profiled confectioneries from chocolate or other product similar in its characteristics to such a material as Bingham by cold extrusion process. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding confectionery product particles to zone between forming rolls rotating in opposite directions, said rolls being equipped with recesses corresponding in shape to desirable profile of product; compressing particles between rolls so that said particles are united with one another to form thin portions of material for connecting profiled products; imparting various motions to rolls for releasing and separating confectionery products from one another. ^ EFFECT: decreased expenses for equipment, reduced consumption of power, and increased capacity. ^ 18 cl, 7 dwg |
