FIELD: devices for manual gathering and removal of animal excrements. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has body with hygienic cartridge secured in it. Device is additionally provided with mechanism for forming rarefaction and building-up pressure of air, storage battery, airtight partition, unit for storage of space hygienic cartridges and control unit. Front part of body has hole for taking excrements. Mechanism for forming rarefaction and building-up pressure of air and storage battery are located in center part of body. Unit for storage of spare hygienic cartridges is located in rear part and is separated from mechanism for forming rarefaction and building-up pressure of air by airtight partition. Body has air intake hole between mechanism for forming rarefaction and building-up pressure of air and airtight partition.
