PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a clarithromycin high content tablet that is improved in medication properties and high preparation stability by miniaturizing the tablet size. SOLUTION: This clarithromycin high content tablet is prepared by adding crospovidone as an excpient that has strong disintegration action and an organic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic salt having strong sliding properties to clarithromycin that is hardly soluble in water and strongly sticks to metals, or the like, wherein the content of clarithromycin in the tablet is increased more than 75 mass%.
