<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbomachine which is constituted optimally suited to working conditions of the rated speed of rotation and allows the structure of a liquid dynamical thrust bearing and has the feature described above. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid static thrust bearing 4 is additionally situated right in the vicinity of a liquid dynamical bearing 2. The liquid static thrust bearings completely contains a force in an axial direction acting on a rotor shaft 1 in a static state.
