PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam excellent in shock-absorbing properties and vibration-damping properties as well as in weather resistance, water resistance, softness, flexibility, productivity and recyclability. SOLUTION: The foam is comprised of a resin comprising a thermoplastic elastomer having a glass transition temperature of -30 to 40°C and a polymer having an ionomer structure, where the amount of the polymer having the ionomer structure is preferably 1-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic elastomer, and the foam is not crosslinked.
