<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize distributed printing, which restrains the mixing of other printed matter, with a simple system. <P>SOLUTION: Each function part, which a CPU realizes according to distributed printing software, stores print job data in a print job storage part. When all the print job data transmitted from a printer PRT1 are thoroughly accommodated in the print job storage part, each function part looks for printers, which are in the midst of neither receiving a print job nor printing but are online, among printers connected to a LAN, and determines printers PRT1-PRT4 to be distribution destination printers. The function part has a mixing suppression function which controls each distribution destination printing device so that printed matter generated by a print job may not mixed with printed matter except one generated by the print job in each distribution destination printing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
