PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice thermal storage device with tubes prevented from being broken by absorbing force applied thereto during ice formation while reliably maintaining water tightness. SOLUTION: The ice thermal storage device comprises an ice thermal storage tank 12 having heat insulating property, main tubes 34, 72 for circulating antifreezing fluid into the ice thermal storage tank 12, and main pipes 62, 70 connected to the main tubes 34, 72 and having heat exchange pipes 68. Herein, flexible pipes 42 having flexibility are provided for connecting the main tubes 34, 72 to fixed tubes 22, 74 located outside the ice thermal storage tank 12. The flexible pipes 42 are bellows-shaped for connecting the main tubes 34, 72 to the fixed tubes 22, 74 with almost the same diameters. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
