PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drag mechanism of a double bearing reel, in which a cam member can easily be attached or detached. SOLUTION: This drag mechanism 6 of the double bearing reel comprises a drag operation member 2, a first cam member 21 disposed on the inner periphery of the drag operation member 2, a second cam member 22 disposed in contact with the first cam member 21, a drag adjustment member 27 for outward pulling a spool shaft relatively rotatably mounted on the second cam member 22, a slip-off stopping member 23 for stopping the slip-off of the drag adjustment member 27 in the axial direction based on the second cam 22, a first biasing member 24a and a second biasing member 24b for biasing a spool 4 in the axial direction, the first brake member 25 fixed to the axial direction outside of the spool 4, and the second brake member 26 disposed in a state capable of contacting with the first brake member 25.
