<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white tape for a phototherapy device capable of thinning depilating or removing only part of a cellular tissue colored by the stain, marks, or tattoos, etc., and capable of easily forming a hole for the phototherapy device to irradiate only an affected part. <P>SOLUTION: The white tape 30 is used for the phototherapy device 20 for depilating or removing a cellular tissue of the skin colored by the stain, marks or tattoos by applying laser beams or pulsed high-luminance white light to the skin surface.
