<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polarizing plate capable of attaining satisfactory strength of adhesion without arranging a liquid adhesion layer on a polarizer protecting film, without causing defects such as peeling even after a high temperature and humidity endurance test, and also, which is advantageous in terms of cost and productivity, and improved in durability. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizer protecting film containing thermoplastic resin (A) (for example, olefin-maleimide copolymer) having at least a substitutional or non-substitutional imide radical on a side chain is stuck on at least one side of a polarizer with water urethane-based adhesive constituted of water resin emulsion (for example, anion water polyester emulsion) and water-dispersion polyisocyanate compound (for example, aliphatic diisocyanate), then, the polarizing plate is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
