<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by notifying a user of a use circumstance according to the use circumstance. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic equipment is provided with a plurality of light emitting parts 14, 15, 16 and 17 arranged in a case body 2, a plurality of operation regions 5, 7, 9 and 11 arranged on the external face of the case body, and equipped with at least one operation button 4 positioned corresponding to each of the plurality of light emitting parts, a plurality of windows 6, 8, 10 and 12 arranged in those operation regions through which the light emitting states of the light emitting parts can be seen from the outside of the case body and a light emitting control means for controlling the light emitting states of the light emitting parts.
